This is where every engagement begins — not the Workshop, not the Build. A free, structured conversation where you tell us about the business: what you’re running, what’s working, what’s draining your week.

We tell you how we’d think about it — what we’d map in the diagnostic, what we’d build, what we’d leave alone. Both sides decide whether the Discovery Workshop is the right next step. No pressure either way.

If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so honestly and suggest alternatives. If we are, you’ll book the Workshop with full context already loaded — saving us both time.

What we are not

RTSN is not the right fit if you need fast turnaround on one-off creative assets. We are not a design retainer. We are not an on-demand content production service. We are not right for a founder who wants to keep brand and operations in separate vendor buckets.

Launch pricing

An honest exchange, not a scarcity tactic.

We’re early. Founding-customer pricing is locked through the end of 2026 in exchange for permission to publish your case study. From January 2027, list pricing applies.

You get launch pricing through 2026. We get the case-study evidence to show future founders how the system actually works for a real team. Both sides benefit.

There is no countdown timer and no “spots left” theatre. The time-gate exists because case studies have to be produced from real engagements that run for substantive time.

Frequently asked

Questions that span the tiers.

Can I skip the Discovery Workshop?
Yes — if you have an equivalent diagnostic from another advisor or an internal team. We audit it as part of the Build kickoff. If it meets the bar we proceed; if it doesn’t, we tell you what’s missing and recommend Discovery first.
Can I cancel the Partnership anytime?
Yes. 90-day notice. The 90 days covers the handover, so your team can absorb the operations cleanly. We don’t lock you into multi-year commitments — we earn the next month every month.
Do you work with companies outside Singapore?
Primarily Singapore-anchored businesses — the operating context we know best. Regional engagements across SEA and APAC are possible if there’s a Singapore presence. Outside that, we’re probably not the right fit, and we’ll say so honestly.
What is your refund policy beyond the Discovery Workshop?
Discovery has the full-refund risk reversal. Build is fixed-price, with deliverable scope signed at kickoff. Partnership is month-to-month with 90-day cancellation. Every milestone has an explicit acceptance gate, so you always know what you’re signing off on.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Standard NDAs at kickoff. Public case studies require explicit permission — the founding-customer arrangement. Operational data stays in your stack, not ours.
What about my team’s existing brand-and-ops people?
We work alongside them, not around them. We add capacity to your team, not a substitute for it. Your team is more capable after we leave than before we arrived — that’s a deliverable, not a bonus.
