We’re not the right fit for every situation. If you’re ready for a Head of Brand hire, hire one. If your in-house team already covers operational consistency at scale, you may not need us. We’ll be honest about it.
Prerequisites
A built system, ours or an equivalent.
You need a Brand & Operations Build complete with RTSN, or an equivalent live operating environment we can audit. “Equivalent” means:
- A documented voice spec, visual identity, and content workflow we can integrate into our operating cadence.
- Operational infrastructure — CMS, design tools, email, team comms — we can connect to.
- An existing audit trail or documentation we can absorb.
If you have a built system that wasn’t built with us, we audit it during Partnership scoping. If it meets the bar, we proceed. If it doesn’t, we recommend a Build — full or partial — first.

Partnership questions.
- Can I cancel the Partnership anytime?
- Yes. 90-day notice. The 90 days covers handover — your team absorbs the operations cleanly, the system stays running for them, and we exit without dropping the ball.
- Can I scale the Partnership up or down?
- Yes. Mid-engagement scope adjustments are documented and signed via a written change order — commonly a scope-up at month 6 if the business is scaling, or a scope-down as your in-house team absorbs more.
- What if I want to bring brand and operations fully in-house?
- Many founders do, eventually. The handover is easier because the system was built alongside your team, not over their heads — they have been operating with it for months by the time you decide.
- How is Partnership different from the Build tier?
- Build stands the system up — three months, fixed price. Partnership operates the system continuously — a monthly retainer, ongoing. Build ends; Partnership renews.
- What if my industry has compliance constraints?
- We can accommodate, but compliance overhead adds scope, and the quote reflects the additional regulatory adaptation work. For heavily-regulated categories, we recommend talking first rather than booking directly.
