Book a Discovery Call
A free conversation — pick a time that works.
A free 30–45 minute conversation. No preparation needed to book — pick a time, and we’ll send everything else.

What the Call actually is
Thirty to forty-five minutes. No slide deck.
Kenny — RTSN’s founder — runs it himself.
- You tell us about the business — what you’re running, what’s working, what’s eating your week.
- We tell you how we’d think about it — what we’d map, what we’d build, what we’d leave alone.
- Both sides decide whether the Discovery Workshop is the right next step. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so, and point you toward something that is.
That is the whole call. It is a conversation, not a pitch. You will not be asked for a credit card. You will not be sent a proposal you didn’t ask for.
What happens next
Booking starts a handled process, not a void.
-
1
You book a slot — about two minutes.
-
2
Within the hour, a confirmation lands in your inbox with a short prep email: three or four questions about your business, roughly five minutes to answer. Answering is optional — but it makes the Call sharper.
-
3
Before the Call, we do our own desk research — your website, your public surfaces, your category. We come to the conversation already informed.
-
4
The Call runs 30–45 minutes, on the slot you picked. Video, or in person if you’re Singapore-based.
You don’t prepare a brief. You don’t assemble a deck. You answer a few questions if you’d like to, and you show up.
Reassurance
Questions you might still have.
- Is this a sales call?
- No. Kenny runs it; there’s no deck and no script. If the Discovery Workshop turns out to be a good next step, we’ll say so at the end — and if it isn’t, we’ll say that too.
- What if I’m not sure my business is ready?
- That’s a reasonable thing to bring to the Call. Part of the conversation is figuring out whether now is the right time. If it isn’t, you’ll leave knowing what would make it the right time.
- Do I need to decide anything on the Call?
- No. Nothing is decided on the Call itself. If a next step makes sense, we send the details afterward and you decide in your own time.
- Can my co-founder or a team member join?
- Yes. Up to two people from your side is comfortable. For a bigger group, the Discovery Workshop is the better format.
- What if I need to reschedule?
- The confirmation email has a reschedule link. Use it any time before the Call — no need to explain.
- Video or in person?
- Either. Video by default. In person if you’re Singapore-based and would rather meet — say so when you book, or reply to the confirmation email.
Keep building.
We’ll handle the rest.
The calendar is at the top of this page. We’ll see you on the Call.
