Tier 1

Discovery Workshop

SGD 3,500 · 2 days · fixed price

Two days. We come prepared, with brand research already done. We map your brand-and-operations gaps. You walk away with a twelve-week build roadmap.

Full refund if the workshop doesn’t deliver a useful diagnostic. No questions.

We come prepared

You don’t walk into a blank-slate workshop.

Before Day 1, we’ve already mapped the ground with you — so the two days are spent on the analysis that needs you in the room, not on catching us up.

  • A structured questionnaire — you complete a brand and operations questionnaire ahead of time; it’s the backbone of Day 1.
  • An in-depth pre-Workshop conversation — we go deep on what the questionnaire surfaces, so the Workshop opens from real context.
  • A focused scan of your public surfaces — website, social, sales collateral — mapped against the consistency dimensions before we meet.

Day 1 starts at the substance, not at “tell me about your business.” The diagnostic gets shaped by your judgment — the groundwork is already done.

What you walk away with

Three things — yours to keep, either way.

  • 01

    The diagnostic

A structured assessment of where your brand and operations are leaking — what’s drifted, what’s working, what needs the next 90 days of attention. Written, documented, yours to keep.

  • 02

    The 12-week build roadmap

Sequenced milestones for the next quarter — what to fix first, what to build second, what to defer — with explicit success criteria. Whether you build with us or elsewhere, the roadmap is yours.

  • 03

    A real read on fit

You see how we work. We see your context. By the end of Day 2, both of us know whether the Build tier is the right next move. No pressure either way.

How the two days run

Two days, end to end.

  • Day 1 — Context mapping

Morning: we walk through your business — strategy, operations, team, current brand surfaces, current operating cadence — listening for where the friction is. Afternoon: we map your customer-facing surfaces against the consistency dimensions and surface the drift. You leave with a working diagnostic draft to review overnight.

  • Day 2 — Pillar selection + roadmap

Morning: we work through your overnight comments, sharpen the diagnostic, and name the two or three pillars where intervention compounds most. Afternoon: we build the twelve-week roadmap together, milestone by milestone — sequenced for your team’s bandwidth, with explicit success criteria.

  • Format

Singapore or remote. Singapore preferred — we work better together in the same room. Remote works if scheduling requires it; same depth, same artefacts.

Fit

Who the Workshop is for.

This is for

  • Founder-led businesses — solo founders through about 25 staff.
  • Singapore-anchored, or with substantial Singapore operations.
  • An established business with drift to untangle, or a new venture deciding what to build first.
  • A founder who is the decision-maker — no committee-led procurement.
  • A founder open to AI-handled operational work as part of the system.

This is not for

  • Hyper-growth Series-B and beyond — the operations problem there is org design.
  • Enterprises with multi-layer procurement — RFP cycles break this model.
  • Cost-led buyers comparing per-hour rates — we are service-tier.
  • Founders who want to fully outsource — this is alongside the team, not instead of it.

If you recognise yourself on the right, we’re probably not the right fit — and we’ll say so honestly during a Discovery Call. The Workshop is a fit-check, in both directions.

The risk reversal

A useful diagnostic, or your money back.

We promise a useful diagnostic. If you complete the workshop and it isn’t useful, we refund you in full — no forms, no panel, no waiting period. “Useful” means, specifically:

  • You can point to specific things that have drifted that you hadn’t seen before — or confirm what’s working, and why, with greater clarity.
  • You have a sequenced twelve-week roadmap with milestones and success criteria.
  • You can explain the next three months to your team in sixty seconds.

If, at the end of Day 2, you can’t do those three things, the workshop didn’t deliver. We refund.

Frequently asked

Discovery Workshop questions.

When can you run the workshop?
We schedule two to three weeks out from booking. We hold a maximum of two workshops a month, so the prep and delivery quality stays high.
Who from my team should attend?
The founder is required. Up to three additional team members are recommended — typically your most senior brand, operations, and content people. We can run with founder plus one if that’s all the team has.
What do I need to prepare?
We send a prep document a week ahead — a short questionnaire and a request for whatever brand surfaces exist today. A newer venture may have only one or two, and that’s fine. About 30–60 minutes of prep on your end.
What if I want to do the Build right away?
We’ll talk about Build during Day 2 if both sides see fit. No commitment is required at workshop close; we send a Build proposal the following week if it’s the right move. Build pricing is locked — no negotiation theatre.
What if I decide we’re not the right partner?
You take the diagnostic and roadmap and go. The workshop fee is paid; nothing else is owed. We’d like to know what we got wrong, but you’re under no obligation to tell us.

Launch pricing

Founding-customer pricing

The SGD 3,500 rate is launch pricing — locked through the end of 2026 in exchange for permission to publish your case study. From January 2027, list pricing applies. More on the founding-customer arrangement

Two days. Yours to keep, either way.
