Who we are

RTSN Studios Pte. Ltd. (“RTSN Studios”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a branding and design agency incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202221152H), with a registered address at 22 Sin Ming Lane, #06-76, Singapore 573969.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit rtsnstudios.com (“our website”), why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) (“PDPA”) and the advisory guidelines issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”).

What personal data we collect and why

1. Contact form

When you submit the contact form at rtsnstudios.com/contact, we collect your name, your email address, your company name (if provided), and the message you write to us.

Why: We use this information to respond to your enquiry. If your enquiry develops into a project engagement, we will use your contact details to administer that engagement.

Legal basis: You voluntarily provide this information for the obvious purpose of receiving a response from us. This is deemed consent under the PDPA.

How long we keep it: We retain contact form submissions for up to 3 years from the date of your last interaction with us. If no engagement follows your enquiry, we will delete your data when we no longer need it to respond to you.

2. Website analytics (Google Analytics 4)

When you visit our website, we automatically collect information about your visit using Google Analytics 4 (“GA4”), a service operated by Google LLC. GA4 collects your IP address (anonymised before storage), pages you visit and how long you spend on them, the website or search engine that referred you to us, your device type and browser, and your approximate geographic location (city level).

Why: We use this information to understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not use this data to identify you personally.

Legal basis:We rely on our legitimate interest in improving our website. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation enabled and a data retention period of 14 months, after which data is automatically deleted by Google. We do not use Google Signals or Google's advertising personalisation features.

Third-party: This data is processed by Google LLC under their Data Processing Amendment. Google may transfer this data to its servers outside Singapore. For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy.

3. Newsletter (Klaviyo)

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address and your first name (if you provide it on the opt-in form). We also collect information about your interactions with our emails — such as whether you opened an email or clicked a link — using tracking pixels and links provided by Klaviyo.

Why: We use this information to send you our newsletter and to measure how well our emails perform.

Legal basis: You have given explicit consent by actively opting in. We do not pre-tick the consent checkbox. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email.

Third-party: Newsletter delivery is handled by Klaviyo Inc. under their Data Processing Agreement. Klaviyo may process your data on servers outside Singapore. For more information, see Klaviyo's Privacy Policy.

How we share your personal data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate our website and communications:

We may also disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a government authority. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity, subject to confidentiality obligations.

Cross-border transfers

Some of our service providers process data on servers outside Singapore. When we transfer personal data internationally, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — either because the destination country provides comparable data protection, or because we have contractual protections in place with the recipient.

Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use our website.

Cookie preferences.You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time through your browser settings or by using Google's opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Opting out will not affect your ability to use our website.

Your rights

Under the PDPA, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

Right of access. You may ask us what personal data we hold about you and request a copy of it.

Right of correction. If your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete, you may ask us to correct it.

Right to withdraw consent. Where we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you may withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect any processing we carried out before you withdrew consent.

To exercise any of these rights, please email dpo@rtsnstudios.com with “Data Request” in the subject line. We will respond within 30 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may contact the PDPC at pdpc.gov.sg.

Retention

We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. The key retention periods are:

• Contact form data: up to 3 years from your last interaction with us
• Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe, then purged within 30 days
• Website analytics (GA4): 14 months (auto-deleted by Google)

Children

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact dpo@rtsnstudios.com and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this section.
