I started RTSN because I’d watched too many founders ship brands they couldn’t operate. The branding agency would hand over a deck and a logo and disappear. Six months later the brand had drifted. Eighteen months later they were hiring a new agency to do it again.
I built the methodology I wished I’d had when I was running those companies. The 470 steps are what I would have wanted someone to walk me through, in order, every time.
