Stage one
Start with the work you actually do
SGD 2,800 · fixed price · credited in full
You walk me through how the work gets done now, in the room, with the people who do it. You get back a written map: which tasks AI should run, which it should not, and what each one costs your team in hours today.
The map is yours either way. If it is not useful, you pay nothing. If you go further, the SGD 2,800 comes off the price of the engagement.
We come prepared
You don’t start from a blank page.
Before we sit down, I’ve already mapped the ground with you, so the session goes to the judgment that needs you in the room, not to catching me up.
- A structured questionnaire covering how your team actually works and where the hours go. It is the backbone of the session.
- An in-depth conversation before we meet, going deep on what the questionnaire surfaces, so we open from real context.
- A focused scan of your public surfaces, website, social and sales collateral, read against what you told me you sell.
We start at the substance, not at “tell me about your business.” What comes out of it is shaped by your judgment. The groundwork is already done.
What you walk away with
Three things, yours to keep either way.
-
01
The map
Which of your tasks AI should run, which it should not, and what each one costs your team in hours today. Written down with the reasoning attached, so it still makes sense to you in six months.
-
02
The sequence
What to do first, what to do next, and what to leave alone, sized to the bandwidth your team actually has. Whether you build it with me or somewhere else, the sequence is yours.
-
03
A real read on fit
You see how I think. I see your context. By the end, both of us know whether going further makes sense. No pressure either way.
How it runs
One session, with the people who do the work.
-
Before
You complete the questionnaire, we talk through what it surfaces, and I read your public surfaces against it. By the time we sit down, I know your business well enough to be useful in the first ten minutes.
-
The session
I sit with you and the people who actually do the work, and we go task by task. Where the hours go. What is worth handing to a machine. What is judgment that should stay with a person. You will hear me argue against automating things, which is usually the part people remember.
-
After
You get the map and the sequence in writing. Nothing is templated. What I hand you is built from your business, not adapted from someone else’s.
-
Format
Singapore or remote. Singapore preferred, because this works better in the same room. Remote works if scheduling requires it, at the same depth and with the same artefacts.
Fit
Who this is for.
This is for
- Founder-led businesses, solo founders through about 25 staff.
- Singapore-anchored, or with substantial Singapore operations.
- An established business with drift to untangle, or a new venture deciding what to build first.
- A founder who is the decision-maker, with no committee-led procurement.
- A founder open to AI-handled operational work as part of the system.
This is not for
- Hyper-growth Series-B and beyond. The operations problem there is org design.
- Enterprises with multi-layer procurement. RFP cycles break this model.
- Cost-led buyers comparing per-hour rates. This is priced on judgment, not hours.
- Founders who want to fully outsource. This runs alongside your team, not instead of it.
If you recognise yourself on the right, we’re probably not the right fit, and I’ll say so on the free call before you spend anything. The consult is a fit-check, in both directions.
The risk reversal
Useful, or your money back.
I promise a useful consult. If you sit through it and it isn’t useful, I refund you in full. No forms, no panel, no waiting period. “Useful” means, specifically:
- You can name the tasks that should not be automated, and say why, where before you weren’t sure.
- You have a sequence you could hand to your team on Monday.
- You can explain the next three months in sixty seconds.
If you can’t do those three things at the end, it didn’t deliver, and I refund.
Frequently asked
Questions about the consult.
- When can you run it?
- Two to three weeks out from booking. I take a small number of these a month, so the preparation and the follow-up stay properly done.
- Who from my team should be there?
- You, and the people who actually do the work we’ll be discussing. That second part matters more than seniority. Whoever runs the process daily knows where it breaks. The org chart often doesn’t.
- What do I need to prepare?
- A questionnaire, and whatever you already have written down about how the work gets done today. About 30–60 minutes on your end. If the honest answer to something is “it lives in someone’s head”, say so. That is useful information, not a gap to apologise for.
- Can I see a demo first?
- No, and that is deliberate. A demo shows you what a tool does. The consult tells you what your business should do, and nobody can build that in advance without knowing your business. What you are paying for is my time and judgment applied to your situation, not access to something already made.
- What if I want to go further straight away?
- We can talk about it at the end, if we both see the fit. Nothing is required on the day. The SGD 2,800 comes off the engagement in full, so taking time to decide costs you nothing.
- What if I decide I don’t want to work with you?
- You take the map and the sequence and go. The consult fee is paid and nothing else is owed. I’d like to know what I got wrong, but you’re under no obligation to tell me.
Yours to keep, either way.
Full refund if it doesn’t deliver. If you go further afterwards, the SGD 2,800 comes off in full. See what the engagement covers
